Right of Withdrawal - 14 Days
As a consumer, you are entitled to the following:

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date of order. No funds can be refunded after this period.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send an email to our customer service (see below).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you have used part of the service/product but not in its entirety, or if it's damaged, a proportional part of the service will be refunded upon withdrawal, provided that the service started within the withdrawal period. This also applies to subscriptions. We reserve the right to assess the product upon return.

Refunds will be processed without undue delay using the same method of payment you used for the original transaction, at no extra cost to you.
